I will be shipping a later vintage of this wine very soon. In the interim I can highly recommend Château Moya Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux AOC 2011. It's a sister château to Gaby and the style of wine is very similar - plus it's drinking beautifully now.
Recommended with steak, beef casseroles, lamb, chicken, turkey and smooth enough to have with pork dishes also. Also good with cheese, tomato-based dishes, mushrooms, roast vegetables etc.
It is worth decanting and letting this wine breathe for an hour or so before serving - read our blog on decanting for more information. There may be a little sediment

Lovely fruit forward style especially on the palate; this 2004 right bank Bordeaux is balanced, with gentle, hardly noticeable tannins and a medium body. Very smooth
