Perhaps more opulent than you might expect for its age, this Burgundy was the highlight of a recent trip to Domaine Thibert. It drinks well on its own and will pair well with a wide range of quite rich food given its structure and its elegance.
An exceptional Burgundy rosé produced from the Gamay grape. As you might expect it has greater depth and a fuller body than many rosé wines - so it will keep for longer and is very food-friendly
This is no ordinary Macon villages wine; it is more complex than you might expect as it has seen some oak. Lovely and fresh, it has citrus, quince, almonds and honey on the nose and palate. A beautiful Burgundy
Les Longeays is to be granted Premier Cru status and this really is a Premier Cru wine - complex but with crisp freshness, this is a very smooth and elegant white Burgundy with good structure and a very tasty finish. Citrus fruits, green apples and pears combine beautifully with marzipan and some spice
A lovely opulent Burgundy which drinks well on its own and is recommended for drinking with fish, seafood including scallops, foie gras, roast chicken, turkey, ham and pork
