Wine style
I classify my wines into 10 different style categories in order to help you in your choice - click on the category names or on the buttons below:
- Crisp Light Whites - generally light in body and very fresh in character
- Aromatic Whites - made with grapes that tend to have stronger, distinctive flavours and aromas
- Rich Creamy Whites - often but not always oak aged, wines with good body, fruit and more complex flavours
- Fresh Rosés - all pink wines
- Soft Fruity Reds - usually lighter in style with fruity flavours and low tannins
- Smooth Elegant Reds - generally light to medium in body, with fine integrated tannins and a smooth mouthfeel
- Big Beefy Reds - medium to full-bodied with big, concentrated flavours and medium or high tannins
- Rich Spicy Reds - medium to full-bodied with character - rich fruit and often more developed flavours
- Beautiful Bubbles - refreshing sparkling wines and champagnes
- Super Sweeties - dessert wines and fortified wines like port
