Wines With Attitude sells wine direct and delivers to most addresses in the UK within 1 – 3 Business Days. Delivery is usually made Monday to Friday unless made via the Local Delivery Service (see below) or unless agreed otherwise. Please note that all delivery prices below include VAT.
If it looks like there will be a delay in delivering your wine, we will contact you to let you know. If you have a specific date that you require your wines by, we will do our best to meet your request, but it is best to call us on 0333 772 0301 or email us at hello@wineswithattitude.co.uk to let us know. Please note that by law wines can only be delivered to someone aged 18 or over.
Delivery costs are by far our highest overheads and because of the way the couriers charge for deliveries to different areas, Wines With Attitude’s delivery charges are split as follows:
In order to qualify for free delivery, orders for England & Wales must be of £200 minimum value (before delivery costs are added). Orders for England & Wales below £200 minimum spend (before delivery costs are added) will incur a £15.00 delivery charge per case.
Please note that the delivery charges are the same for a 6 bottle case and a 12 bottle case; in order to minimise delivery charges, our warehouse packages the wines in as few cases as possible so for an order of 18 bottles you will receive one 6 bottle case and one 12 bottle case rather than three 6 bottle cases.
This main UK wine delivery service is designed to deliver your wines safely and as conveniently as possible.
Once the goods are ready to be dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation. If you provide a mobile telephone number, you will receive a text message from the courier the evening before your delivery is due to be made.
Providing a secure location or the house number of a neighbour that can sign for your wine helps to avoid any additional delivery costs which may be passed on to you. Please note however that goods left in your secure location are left at your own risk.
Unfortunately in late 2024, despite many attempts and trials to find a satisfactory and reasonably-priced delivery solution for these areas, we have been again let down. Subsequently we have had to suspend delivery to Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. We are working on finding a replacement service so keep checking back.

For all wine deliveries, please check the wines upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of their delivery – by telephoning 0333 772 0301 or emailing hello@wineswithattitude.co.uk – if there are any errors or breakages so that we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Returns and Exchange information.
Wines With Attitude wine gifts are delivered by Royal Mail’s “Tracked 24 With Age Verification” postal services unless agreed otherwise. The price of the wine gifts on the website includes the cost of packaging and of Tracked 24 with Age Verification postage. Where we agree to use a different postal service e.g. special delivery or via an alternative carrier, any additional charges will be for your account.
Our aim is to send out wine gifts one or two days after order. If it looks like there will be a delay, we will contact you to let you know. If you have a specific date that you require your wines by, we will do our best to meet your request, but please let us know when you order.
We will email you to confirm that the wine gift has been posted.
Gift vouchers are sent by email to the email address provided at the time of ordering; you can choose to add the recipient’s email address in which case they will receive their voucher once your order is confirmed. Alternatively you can add your own email address and then send on the email to the recipient at the time and date of your choosing.
