A concentrated Chenin Blanc with multi-layers of aromas and flavours – citrus and stone fruit and spice – and a mouth-watering freshness. From Boekenhoutskloof’s Goldmine property in Swartland.

2 x Domaine Bachey-Legros Bourgogne Blanc St Martin 2022
Expressive, old vine Chardonnay from Burgundy, with classic apple and pear characteristics and citrus fruit notes combining beautifully with buttery creaminess. This is a very smooth, elegant white wine.

2 x Krone Borealis Cuvée Brut Cap Classique 2021
A fruit-forward sparkling wine made in South Africa by the champagne method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a dash of Pinot Blanc for its spice and refreshing acidity.

2 x Bruno Blondelet Pouilly Fumé 2023
A classic expression of Loire Sauvignon Blanc, similar to Sancerre, but a little more minerally. A lovely, complex, dry white wine with classic gooseberry and green apple flavours but also with hints of pineapple, lime, tangerines and nectarines.

2 x Ogier Lirac Le Petit Paradoxe 2023
A Côtes du Rhône white wine produced from Grenache Blanc, Clairette & Bourboulenc with the aromatic freshness and complexity of white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, its neighbouring appellation.

A really fresh and crisp style of Pecorino from Abruzzo in Italy that is full of fruit flavours like pear, citrus, peach and green apple with hints of almond and salinity from the nearby ocean.
