Produced from the three classic champagne grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this champagne from Laurent Perrier-owned de Castellane is very elegant – and it has been my favourite non-vintage champagne for many years!

Like Cava, only better; produced by the traditional method from the same grapes as Cava but fully organic and aged for longer. Crisp, dry fruity sparkling wine with a rich texture
