Pegasus Bay ~ Pinot Noir 2013

Smooth Elegant Reds,13.5%

A mix of French style & New Zealand depth and body, this is concentrated and a complex Pinot Noir; ripe fruits with hints of savoury, spicy characteristics and chocolate. A lovely creamy texture with truly mouthwatering acidity. With very high scores from many wine critics. Delicious!

This is a particularly expressive, old vine, single vineyard Pinot Noir with a lovely velvety mouthfeel; a real treat and good value for what has become an expensive region

Andreas Bender ~ Pinot Noir 2015

Soft Fruity Reds,13%

I couldn't believe how beautifully aromatic this German Pinot Noir was when I first smelt it. It is my first German wine, cool climate Pinot with fruits and a silky smooth texture. Gorgeous.

TastingNotes

This Pinot Paradise II mixed case is an "upgrade" from our original Pinot Paradise I mixed case and demonstrates four different styles of Pinot Noir (three bottles of each):
  • a Waipara Valley Pinot Noir, French in style but with New Zealand depth, body and concentration
  • a classic and particularly expressive Burgundy from single vineyard old vines
  • a biodynamic US Pinot Noir from cool climate region, Willamette Valley, with a super smooth texture
  • a fruity-style cool climate German Pinot Noir from Pfalz with the most amazing aromas; light and easy to drink
These four different Wines with Attitude are all from our list. We don't include any cheap "fillers". What they have in common is that they are all well made and of excellent quality.
