The Unoaked Whites mixed case contains 12 bottles of the best unoaked white wines (2 bottles of 6 different wines). I find that white wine drinkers fall into two distinct camps – those that love wines that have been fermented and/ or aged in oak and those that very definitely don’t. Most of this latter group prefer the lighter body & colour and the fruitier profile of unoaked wines. Oak not only adds flavours to wine but also texture and body. This case caters to those that don’t “do” oak!
All these unoaked white Wines with Attitude are from my main list of wines. I don’t include any cheap “fillers”. Produced from different grape varieties and originating from a range of different countries, the wines in this case enable you to sample a range of the white wines in our portfolio. What they have in common is that they are all well made and of excellent quality – and with no oak in sight!
