Aromatic White

What are aromatic white wines you might ask? I hesitated to name this category Aromatic White Wines because I thought too many aromatics might put people off. Do not be afraid - the aromatic white wines in this category are not OTT; they are simply white wines with slightly stronger or more distinctive flavours and aromas. The wines can be light or fuller-bodied, usually dry white wines or occasionally sweeter in style which will be mentioned in the wine tasting notes. They include white grape varieties like Chenin Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Albariño and Treixadura.
